During this participatory 90-minute session we’ll explore our own and our team’s relationship and behaviours around conflict, and how you could foster a more conflict-responsive way of working together.

We’ll also look at how you might integrate mediation into your team culture to increase your capacity to support one another through moments of tension, facilitate repair and transform conflict into connection.
